How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
What file format should I use for plate maps?
We accept Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) with sample information. The file should include columns for Well Position (e.g., A1, B2), Sample Name, Species, and any additional metadata. Download our template from the Sample Submission page.
How long does sample processing take?
Processing times depend on sample type:
  • Extracted DNA: 1-2 weeks
  • Plant Material: 2-3 weeks
  • Viable Seed: 3-4 weeks
Times are based on a minimum sample size of 24.
How can I track my order status?
Log in to your account and navigate to Dashboard → Kit Orders or Sample Submissions. Each order shows real-time status updates. You'll also receive email notifications at key milestones.
What is included in the analysis report?
Our comprehensive reports include:
  • Whole-genome SNP matrix (VCF format)
